How it works

Open the pre-order form and enter your name and phone number. Paste the eScript Token sent to your mobile or email, or attach a photo of your prescription. Email is optional.

Our pharmacists review it
Your request is reviewed by our pharmacy team. A request does not mean your medicine has been dispensed or is ready yet.

We contact you
We will call or email you when your prescription is ready for collection. If you don't hear from us, please give us a call or pop into the store.

Collect in store
Your identity and original prescription will be verified in person when you collect.

All medication supply is subject to clinical review and professional verification upon presentation at the pharmacy.
